Jesse Montgomery, Director

Mr. Montgomery, has a comprehensive background managing complex M&A and securitization transactions.

Most recently, Mr. Montgomery served as Vice President of National Finance for KeyCorp in Cleveland, Ohio. In this capacity he managed the sale of Champion Mortgage, KeyCorp’s $2.5 Billion mortgage originator and servicer, to Nationstar Mortgage, a Fortress Investment portfolio company. During this project, he managed all aspects of the business, including staffing, pricing and capital expenditures throughout the transition period.

Previously, Mr. Montgomery served as Secondary Marketing Manager (AVP) in KeyCorp’s National Finance business. Here he oversaw the purchase and sale of assets totaling over $6 Billion. Mr. Montgomery and his team coordinated all aspects of the secondary marketing process, including bid packet preparation, pricing & portfolio modeling, due diligence and contract negotiations.

Mr. Montgomery graduated in 2001 from Davidson College, Cum Laude, with a degree in Economics.
