Collin Franceschi, DirectorMr. Franceschi has a well rounded background including 13 years experience in engineering, finance and development both within and outside of the energy industry. While at Duke Energy he held various commercial roles developing a strong understanding of utility operations and domestic merchant power. This included Manager in Mergers and Acquisitions with Duke Energy North America, where he led both buy and sell transactions for both solid fuel and natural gas fired power generation facilities and related assets. In Duke Energy Corporate, he held financial roles in both risk management and corporate strategy supporting growth initiatives. With DukeSolutions he was responsible for financial structuring of performance contracting agreements. He began his career as a consulting engineer with Law Engineering working in both civil and environmental engineering. Collin earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Clemson University. |
