Jonathan January
Mr. January has most recently served as Partner and General Counsel of Energy Investors Funds, a private equity fund located in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, he oversaw equity fundraising of approximately $2.5 billion for a series of domestic and international power funds.
Previously, he served as Latin America Counsel for AEP Resources, Inc., the international development subsidiary of American Electric Power, where he oversaw investments in Brazil and Mexico. In addition, he has served as General Counsel to both Intercontinental Resources Ltd. in Denver, Colorado and Communications Systems International, Inc. in Colorado Springs. He has also served as corporate counsel to Harper First, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois.
Mr. January holds a B.A. in Economics from Wayne State University, a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, and is also a CFA charterholder
